Kim Kool Inc. requires certain data in order to properly size your cooler.  Below is a short listing of the information we require.  You may email/fax this data with your request, or simply have it ready when you call.  If you are replacing an OEM product from another manufacturer, please have the model# and/or serial# and we may cross reference it with our vast OEM database.  If you do not have the original part number, please have on hand all process data (temp, heat load, flow rates, etc.) for faster quotation when ordering.  For new designs, you must approve the design print before construction begins.  This is to insure you receive a cooler that will meet your design requirements and our performance criteria with little or no downtime.
